Colts vs. 49ers

San Francisco -4, the total at 44. It’s been day and night for the 49ers in that they are 24-10 with Jimmy G as a starter, 28.8 ppg, and 7-28 without him scoring 19.7 ppg without him. They drafted Lance I’m assuming because they had so many games without him. They are off a bye week and should have both ready for this one. The 49ers haven’t allowed a 100 yard rusher against them since 2019.

The Colts have finally got past that brutal start to their season and it gets “easier” but this week they get a team that has been to the super bowl a two season ago and is off a bye week. (3-2) Shanahan’s record after a bye week. These two last met in 2018 which was a 23-17 game. While it seems these teams control the ball they are both just over 30 mins a game. SF runs the ball only 45% and Indy only 43% though sometimes it seems like they are running it two thirds of the time.
