Some spend their time doing whatever they like. For me at 33 years old I was in a horrible car wreck hitting a tree at 50 M.P.H.
casted up to both of knees for six months. A broken femur, a crushed left heel, a detached left Achilles, a broken right ankle. Resulting in a rod in my femur, 30 screws rebuilding my left heel with two bolts reattaching my Achilles, a skin graft refilling a hole in my left foot and two screws in my right heel. I had a lot of time on my hands and a list of things the doctors didn’t think I’d ever be able to do again. As I sat in my wheel chair it was baseball season and sports became my way to no focus on my horrible injuries and how I was going to live the rest of my life less of physical specimen than I was before my wreck. Six months casted up to both knees. While in that wheelchair and recovering I went from 25 to 300 dollars on five dollar bets, some on baseball, learned that college football is an upset riddled ride, and I went 70% ATS during the NBA season.
