Colts -14 in a must win to make the playoffs. The earlier meeting in Indianapolis went 23-17 Colts. Indy can make a few teams playoff hopes go away with a win here. A bit of history not on their side however, they have lost the last 6 trips to Jacksonville. We should see a heavy dose of the run game as the Colts are 9-2 in games where Carson Wentz has fewer than 35 pass attempts and 0-5 when he has to throw the ball over 35 times. Their MVP candidate Taylor the youngest in NFL history with 2000+ yards from scrimmage and 20+ TD.
The Jaguars come into the season finale losing the last 8 games in a row. Its been only two wins this year, that and turmoil at the coaching position has fans today supposed to show up in clown costumes. This has been a learning experience and not much else for QB Lawrence as he has the 32nd ranked passer rating, leaving plenty of room for improvement from what was thought to be a “generational talent.”
This being one of the games today with major playoff implications and the Colts need to get the victory here so I think they get the win and the question will be by how much. Winning by 14 in a division game might happen but my prediction 28-17 Colts.
