Louisville 6 days after an upset of UCF faces a FSU team that hasn’t played since the 4th. The stats are what they are but FSU played a cupcake first game so they are at 35.5 PPG allowing 15PPG, U of L scoring 13.5 per game allowing 22.5. That being said those really don’t carry over to this one. Up to this point Florida State has the more impressive first two games as they beat LSU in New Orleans even though they shouldn’t have been in the situation to have to block the extra point yet they still did and escaped with the win. Louisville in its home opener here and this is their toughest opponent yet. Florida State could be a surprise team maybe not quite a playoff team but they may end up doing better than expected. While sometimes Thursday night games on the road in the ACC can be hazardous we’ll see how the Cards are able to match up tonight. My pick FSU -2 or -135 if you think it’ll be real close.
