It was a tie in week 1 for the Colts in a game where they really had so many mistakes in 5 fumbles 1 lost, the interception and the missed field goal that has then with a new kicker in week 2. Though they come in as the favorite they will be fighting recent history of games in Jacksonville of losing 7 in a row there, and that has been through a list of mediocre to bad Jaguars teams. So its been 3 of the last 5 and 6 of last 10 that the Jags have beaten the Colts.
Once again the key stat for the Jaguars continued in week 1 as Lawrence had an interception and they lost, to this point if he has thrown a pick they have gotten beat. That pick was with a little over a minute to go after the Commanders had regained the lead following a comeback from down 14-3 to take the lead in the 4th quarter.
It seems with the Colts last two losses, the end of last season to this Jags team and then the tie in week 1 which for them was a loss in a way they have changed personnel. While they clearly have the higher expectations and on paper the more talented roster will they be able to break the seven years of bad luck in Jacksonville?
