Looking for way to wager on your team without having your outcome depend on one single game? Team Wins might be that bet for you. Here goes my picks:
Bengals over 6.5 – Joe Burrow was on pace to set rookie records that ended up being set by Justin Herbert after Burrow was down with the injury. Adding a familiar weapon in the draft and having Joe Mixon projected as a top 10 running back then I’d say 7 wins will be happening unless Joe Burrow ends up not being healthy the whole season.
Falcons over 7.5 – Looking at the schedule the Falcons could be in first at mid-way because that first 8 games has Tampa and no one else is that good, or wasn’t last year. Last year there were so many bad breaks for this team in close games. I think 8 wins should be very possible.
Chiefs under 12.5- Consider this 12-4 and first place in the AFC and you still haven’t won this play. Not to mention Super Bowl losers have a tough time historically the following season. Plus everyone else in this division has gotten better.
Raiders over 7 – Last place in odds for some reason to win the division and no expectations outside for this team. The Raiders are the only ones who beat the Chiefs last year in this conference, and are likely to do very well within the division no matter what else happens outside it.
Arizona over 8.5 – A team on the edge of competing for the division last year amongst three teams who’s squads had gone to Super Bowls. They have been able to score on everyone and with an extra game this season they could win 9 and still fall short of the playoffs as a wild card.
Detroit over 5 – With all the hype about what Detroit sent to the Rams in the Goff trade they did get one thing they have not had in Detroit in since Steve Beuerlien in 1991, a QB who has won a playoff game, in fact more playoff wins then the Lions have had in his lifetime.
Dallas over 9.5 – The Cowboys are capable of going 15-1 or something that you would laugh at me crazy for even saying, either way ten wins is below where this team has set goals for and where they have their eyes set to. Getting all parts working together for wins because Jerry Jones has opened his wallet and now its time to show everyone why they get all that money.
