The Sixers are down 0-1 and look for the chess board to have adjustments made from Doc Rivers side of things. Atlanta as you have seen has been over achievers in this postseason. You can lay the points if you like, me I’m on the -260 money line for the Sixers to even this up. Being a second round series with fans in the stand now and all it would be the most surprising loss of the NBA playoff if Philly was to go down 0-2 as the one seed in the second round.
My Cubs are playing the Padres after sweeping the Monks in Chicago last week. Game one went way of San Diego, going over the total as well. The Cubs are now on game 6 of a west coast road trip, I’m not sure what kind of effort is to come from the starter Davies, but I like this one to get over as well, even if it doesn’t get their till the bullpen gets in. One thing to consider is the Cubs 18-9 this season in an underdog role, Padres 24-22 as favorites, so buyer beware if your jumping on the favorites in this matchup.
