The Ravens let the rest of the league know that injuries aren’t slowing them down and they are still the leagues top running team. The Ravens opened -7.5 now -9, the total at 50. This appears to be a mismatch on paper but laying this big number on the road proved problematic for betters in the SF game at Detroit. The Lions have allowed 30th points in 8 straight games. The good news for the Lions is that Baltimore comes in 30th on defense. Goff when not under pressure has a 115.8 passer rating, and the Ravens pressure the QB only 20% of the time coming in to this one. Once again there are numerous ways this could play out, but you have to figure if the Goff/Ravens D is a good matchup for the Lions then maybe they can avoid the double digit disaster.
Anytime you try to lay that big number things may end up how they do, my prediction Ravens 34-23.
