A must win for the Colts who are -10.5 favorites. These two split last years games with the home team winning in each. The Jags last week not winning with just the offense it was a stingy defense that held to Bills to 6 points. What happened was.. the Jags defense (allowing 26 per game) bloodied and battered Josh Allen.
The Colts coming into this one on long rest after a Thursday night massacre against a Jets team that couldn’t keep up. Last year game went totals of 47 and 42 with the total being at 47.5 this year.
Laying that many points in a division game is problematic for me, in that blowing out opponents back to back is tough to do. For me this is where it may be one of several money line favorites parlayed for a single unit or better depending on your choices. The Colts have shown the ability to play well enough to cover but depending on game situations they may not even care if they Jags end up with a late touchdown. To this point the Jags are yet to put up a full game performance like they did at home last week at home while on the road.
