Rams -3 as they play the early start with a chance to take control of the NFC West after the Cardinals loss last night. The Rams are undefeated in December so far, the only times they went undefeated in December they ended up in the Super Bowl. In the way of that is a hungry Vikings team that has publicly stated they want to win out the rest of their games and control their own playoff destiny in doing so.
The Vikings scoring 25.8 per game allowing 21.2 at home this year. Cousins having good numbers this year 29 TD and 6 INT. He had great success against Stafford while Stafford was a Lion 5-0, the team around Stafford is much better than he had in Detroit however. Cousins for his career is 0-4 vs. teams with 10 or more wins. A heavy dose of Dalvin Cook is the what the Vikings will be needing, they are running 158 per game last 3.
The Rams one of the best in the league against the run, 6th at 99.1 a game for the year, 81.3 for the last 3 games. Allowing 21.6 for the year opponents points per game, clamping down to 13.3 on their present 3 game winning streak. On offense they are 4th in passing offense and run into a Vikings pass defense ranked 29th in the league allowing 252.1 per game.
This a game where both teams need the victory and could go either way, my prediction 24-17 Rams, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see a Vikings win either.
