Kentucky vs. Florida – Coach Stoops now with the longest UK win streak over the Gators in my lifetime. Leary already over a thousand yards this will be a tough game. Florida looked tough in the Tennessee game and we have had trouble with the Vols but this is its own matchup. Leary had wide open vertical passes seemingly when he wanted minus the interceptions against Vanderbilt, and the defense getting the takeaways may be what decides this one but things will be a fight for 60 minutes at Kroger Field Saturday. 140: CFB: Kentucky -1-105
Notre Dame at Duke – What heartbreak for the Irish at the goal line last week, but the good news is if they avoid a hangover game here and win out they could still be a play off team. This is not the Duke team we have historically seen they are only a short under dog. While the low line indicates they are being respected more by the bookmakers than the public, I’ll still take the Irish and lay the number here. 143: CFB: Notre Dame -5½
LSU at Ole Miss Tough game here could go either way. I would expect Ole Miss to come in fired up after the Alabama game. Its a close game and either team could win, knowing that my pick, this could be an opportunity to have LSU if they fall behind early on a live bet. A few reasons that would signal the Rebels will want to get a fast start
1. they were beat 45-20 last year
2 The last game in Oxford was a Kiffin win that ended a 5 game LSU win streak vs. Ole Miss
3 Kiffin lost last week to Saban and was held to 10 points, after that kind of effort you would think they will want to do better first thing.
Last year same QB for LSU put up 45 on the landsharks that is my line of reasoning, my pick – 201: CFB: LSU -2½
210: CFB: Arkansas+6 – Just like Arkansas was in the game the whole night against LSU, this here is a shorter number and we have seen A&M cover against Auburn last week, but this game was 23-21 last year the Aggies had the narrow victory. This one in at Jerry’s World in Dallas for the border war, the Hogs +6 is my play.
211: CFB: Kansas +16½– Tough spot here going on the road to play the Texas Longhorns who covered the big spread last week. I think Kansas my not get beat by twenty, I’ve watched them a few times and they are one of the best teams in the Big 12. The Jayhawks won last years game, so this is a revenge game for Texas, and a chance for Kansas to show that it wasn’t a fluke.
218: CFB: Air Force -10½– I do like Air Force here vs. SDSU but I really think you will be able to get a better line, even if the Falcons do take off and cover the 10.5 you’ll be able to get a better number unless they lead the whole way. Last game at SJSU they were down at half time and it was all Air Force the second half.
