High hopes once again in the Mile High City as the Broncos have changed coaches and filled in some of the areas left needing improvement after the trade for Wilson. They will face another team which I think is due to improve the Raiders. This matchup will be the first thing for Denver to try to improve on, the Raiders have taken 6 in row and 8 of 10 against Denver. Raiders are currently on their longest win streak since it was a 14 game win streak between 65 and 71.
Garoppolo looks to prove its him and not everything else that has him with one of the best starting QB win percentages ever. Crosby will look to continue his sack fest 11.5 sacks in 7 games against the Broncos.
The Broncos bring in Sean Payton at coach and his record is impressive but this is game 1. The expectation is still the Raiders are somehow the worst team in the division, but they have stars at every key position on offense.
The line Denver -3.5, I’m a Raiders fan, but also I believe they too have filled in some needs on their roster in bringing in some ” change the environment” type of guys from New England as well. So if I’m wrong on this one I think somehow the Raiders find a way cover, but my prediction is 23-21 Raiders.
